Being onstage, getting to meet you and answer your questions, handing out samples—all these things make me so very happy.
I’ve now done cooking demos at fests and expos all over the country—from here at home in Brooklyn to Richmond to Minneapolis. The recipes I bring to these events are accessible and fun. And I always provide samples.
