So everything is vegan + gluten-free?

Everything. Always. No exceptions.

What about other allergens?

soy
I make a concerted effort to make everything I offer in the bakeshop and at pop-up events soy-free. I love me some tofu, but I do this in an effort to be inclusive. Unless soy-free is specifically requested, I may use soy ingredients for private events.

nuts
Many of the bakeshop offerings are nut-free, unless otherwise noted. My pop-up menus, however, tend to be very nut-heavy (cashews in particular feature prominently). If you’re interested in attending a pop-up and have an allergy concern, please reach out and I’ll see if I can make an accommodation.

oats
For those with a sensitivity to oats, I do use oats and oat milk in many of my baked goods. This is an easy swap, so let me know if you’d like to place a special order.

Please inquire regarding specific allergen concerns and custom orders. I am happy to accommodate whenever possible.

What is your shipping policy?

I am currently unable to ship my baked goods. Orders placed online are available for pickup or delivery only in NYC. Delivery surcharges apply.
